Rela is a sharing layer for Google Calendar. Your plans stay where they are. You decide who else can see which parts.

Choose what each group sees.
Set up groups in Rela, like family, soccer parents, and work. Choose which parts of your schedule each group can see, and whether they get details or just busy time.

Keep your calendar exactly as it is.
Create and edit events in Google Calendar as usual. Rela handles sharing according to the permissions you set for each group.

It lands in their Google Calendar.
What you share appears in one calendar called Shared with me, alongside their own plans. They do not install anything or sign up for Rela.
02 / WHEN THINGS CHANGE
Seasons end. Teams change. You change one thing.
Permissions belong to groups. Remove someone from a group and every future occurrence shared through it stops being shared with them. Try the switch.

- It is already on their Google Calendar, and it moves when you move it. One less update for you to send.

- The coach can see Tuesday practice without becoming a guest on it. No RSVP, no notifications for you to clear, no reply-all.

- A family leaves the team. Take them off the list and every practice still to come stops being shared. You never open an event.

Private means private.
An event you mark private in Google Calendar can never be described automatically. Not to the soccer parents, not to family, not to anyone. The most it can ever become is a block of busy time. When Rela is unsure, it shares less.
